[求医问药] 人到中年怎么办

建议去公立医院中医科找老专家看看。淘宝都是扯淡，无奸不商。

我在十年前就一直说我肾阳虚，后来长期服用当地一个中医的方子熬制的鹿鞭膏，前几年又加了肉苁蓉。现在杠杠的，基本2天一次的频率（约炮）。每次硬度颇佳。

我的身高体重年龄：178/120/37
不过可能受滋补品的影响，看着鲜嫩比较年轻的样子。
