如果偶尔出现硬了不刺激一下一会儿就软的现象，不能诊断阳萎，和生活压力、夫妻关系、营养不良、休息不够等有关；手淫过多会有这方面的问题，但大多是心理因素导致的。
指导意见：
1、保持良好的生活习惯，不吸烟和饮酒，不久坐久骑和憋尿；2、加强营养，多吃牛、羊肉，不能熬夜；3、六味地黄丸和五子衍宗丸可有改善；4、节制手淫
