毁人不倦的老湿(2018-3-9 20:24): 系统讲的话估计会5000字以上，太可怕了哈哈哈
老湿讲得不错，又学习到知识了。

但是老湿，能不能围绕补肾给大家来个系统性的调理讲解啊。

像中医里面讲五行，肾只是主水而已，但有的人不管怎么补肾就是不行，后来发现是肝功能问题导致肾补不起来等等，系统讲一下呗，让大家学习一下。
