万事开头难啊，以过来人的身份说一下，戒撸跟戒烟差不多，开始的时候一定得坚持住，以前一天一撸的话第一个星期改成一个星期三撸，一定不要上来就强制戒掉，反弹会很厉害的，然后慢慢改为一星期2次，再然后一星期1次，就可以了。没有女朋友的话一星期一次还是对身体有益的。
