请问版主，在其他平台的作品被转发到“色城◇收集＆藏书馆”，要求分区版主删除，分区版主说版规没写侵权删除，所以不删，那篇文章就这样被侵权盗发了？作者本人以后也不能在原创区发那篇文章吗？
