我有段时间天天遗精 那时候是在厂里上了一个月通宵夜班 感觉是身体亏得原因 所以以后打死不进厂不做通宵的工作 每个人身体不一样 你觉得是内裤原因就裸睡试试呗 年轻的话梦遗几次很正常 有时候晚上看A片但是没自慰也有可能遗精 感觉一般做梦后遗精都是正常的
