药不要乱吃，特别是连花清瘟这么寒的药。
虽然有特效，但是不是谁的体质都扛得住。
千万不要熬过了新冠，却被药物的副作用搞垮了。
一定要对症下药，没有发烧就坚决不上退烧药，没有炎症就坚决不上消炎药。
一定要坚持饮食平衡，一旦被感染，再吃不下都要确保饮食的营养性。
这病就是靠自身免疫系统，跟病毒耗，确保营养供应，耗到赢。
