想要戒除手淫，第一步就是不接触色情的东西，特别是性幻想更不能有。建议楼主每天多跑步，多做深蹲，不到困的时候尽量不上床，尽可能的不独处。戒除的过程中吃六味地黄丸做调理，你已经撸了很多年了，再不戒除，就一丁点好转的机会都没了
